Applicable Georgian regulations, BS EN 806, BS EN 12056, relevant CIBSE and BSRIA guidance, authority conditions and project-specific water-quality requirements.

Demand units, simultaneous use, water quality, available pressure and authority data are recorded as design inputs. Unknown connection information remains a visible project risk until verified.

Can utility capacity be assessed before the final design?

Yes. A feasibility assessment can establish estimated demand, missing authority information, space allowances and connection risks before detailed sizing.

Does the service include external networks?

The boundary is agreed project by project. Above-ground systems, buried networks and authority connections can be coordinated, but civil-design responsibility must be stated.

How is domestic hot-water demand controlled?

Occupancy, use profile, peak duration, storage, recovery, circulation and temperature criteria are documented before plant and distribution are sized.
